Just a quick post to show an outfit of the day that I wore to grab some MORE sushi. Sorry about the humidity fogging up the camera! I titled the post because the lovely Luxirare described Uni (raw sea urchin) as the foie gras of the sea and I thought it was a cute description. Definitely a love-it-or-hate-it dish, the texture of the Uni is soft and smooth with an oceanic scent and the taste is a rich, buttery fish flavour.
